Resturant service was poor. Resulted in having to complain to manager. Very apologetic

Nice clean and big rooms. I got quick an other room by complaning of the extraordinary temperature, and oltough it was 10E more, they did not charge me for this room.

Very hot... I was on floor 6, but it was more then 25 degree in the night, and this on a normal day in april! there was no posibility to get less temperature. By complaning I got a room much better (but actually also normal 10E more). I wonder what happend if rooms are not availible? This hight temperature is maybe very good for olther people, but a big problem if you do not like.

I liked the size, cleanliness and facilities in the room. Also a nice touch I considered was, although I am not a smoker,facilities were provided for those who wanted to smoke outside of each room on the balconies.

The staffs were PROFESSIONAL & competent. Got double room with a nice view, a Kingsize bed, as for instance as expected. It was nice to have an electric kettle and a refrigerator available.

Quiet location and really helpful staff!

Very nice experience there. Absolutely fabulous hotel with huge rooms and particularly nice view on the lake. Location near to at least three restaurants : Chinese, and local stores and restaurants. Variety of options, good food. Excellent service, sumptuous breakfast spread. Everything good...

Breakfast was poor, rather limited and in short supply; toilet in the room not properly cleaned; shower soap was never refilled despite reminding the reception

Friendly staff - excellent English speakers - very helpful. Superb breakfast.

A gym and bike hire would have made our stay even better.

Large comfortable bedrooms, good dining facilities, excellent breakfast, good on site parking. Near good road access.

No but we were short stay for the 4 Nations hockey tournament. Lacked facilities of swimming pool, gymnasium etc. Bike hire would have been handy.

the hotel had a central location close to everything we wanted to see. it was also close to the restaurant, the city center and the pond.

The amenities were excellent, especially the

Room's spaciousness and cleanliness. It was a lovely surprise to find treats for my dog. The check-in process took longer than expected, slightly frustrating.

Very good staff, who were effecient and extremely friendly. For a big a hotel a very personal touch. Atmosphere was great, nice big rooms.

Checking in with the credit card was very confusing. Staff on duty did not explain the system of guarantee payment very well. Not that impressed with the area but very close to Amersfoort.

The hotel offers a relaxing spa and a cozy lounge to unwind after a day of exploring. Just be aware that ground floor rooms require a few steps, but the staff was super helpful in accommodating my needs 🐾
